We understand that travel plans can change — especially for travelers with accessibility needs. This policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team, while giving you the flexibility and peace of mind you deserve.

To postpone your trip, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before your survey begins. Upon confirmation:

Definition of "Actual Costs"

"Actual costs" (実費) refers to the following:

Survey Commencement Notice

We will notify you via WhatsApp or email when your route survey begins. This message serves as the official record of the survey start date. If you have not received this notification, your survey has not yet commenced.

Force Majeure

Natural disasters or illness with medical documentation:
— Before survey begins → Full refund
— After survey begins → Actual costs deducted; remaining balance refunded

天災または診断書を伴う急病の場合:着手前→全額返金 / 着手後→実費控除のみ・残額返金

Life happens — and we understand.
If plans change before we begin your route survey, you can postpone your trip within one year for just ¥10,000.
Same season, same dream, same journey — just next year.
急な体調不良や予定変更でも、焦らないでください。
調査着手前であれば、手数料¥10,000のみで1年以内の延期に対応しています。
来年の同じ季節に、最高の景色をご家族と。
