サービス提供時期
Service Delivery		 入金確認後3営業日以内にキックオフ連絡を行い、契約書記載の期日に納品いたします。

Kickoff contact within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Final delivery by the date specified in the contract.

System Requirements		 Notion・WhatsApp がご利用いただける環境が必要です。Zoom は必要に応じてご利用いただく場合があります。

Access to Notion and WhatsApp is required. Zoom may be used when needed.
返品・キャンセル
Returns & Cancellation		 サービスの性質上、納品後の返品はお受けできません。キャンセル・延期については以下のポリシーに準じます。

キャンセル・延期ポリシー概要 / Cancellation & Postponement Summary

契約後・調査着手前：20%（事務手数料）／ After contract, before survey: 20% admin fee
調査着手後〜納品前：実費精算＋20%（上限¥30,000/日）／ After survey begins: actual costs + 20% (max ¥30,000/day)
納品後：返金不可 ／ After delivery: no refund

1年以内の延期 / Postponement within 1 year：調査着手前であれば手数料¥10,000のみ ／ ¥10,000 handling fee only (before survey begins)

不可抗力（天災・診断書ありの急病）：着手前→全額返金 ／ Force majeure: full refund if before survey begins
